Food & Nutrition

All meals throughout the week will be healthy and nutritious, and we will advise you on your food intake based on your end goals. We are not a gourmet retreat – food will be simple, taste great and suitable for most tastes. We are pleased to cater for Vegetarians or guests with lactose or gluten intollerance. There will also be optional cooking lessons during the week.
